Default smoke

When driving the car hard on boost the road behind me is filling up with blue smoke. The car only does it in high revs on boost. Under normal driving its fine. could this be the turbo seals on exhaust side or is there another answer? Few mods below if this is relevent:

HKS induction filter
Equal lenght headers
Full de-cat exhuast

uk 2000 98 reg.

I did think turbo when it happened. Its only done it a few times. Oil pressure is ok. 6bar at cold 2bar warm.

General rule:
Blue smoke on idle (first start) - valve stem seals
Blue smoke on boost - turbo seals
Blue smoke on overun - Piston Rings
Hope that helps
