Default getting oil back around bearings

best way to get oil on bearing after 6 months off engine being sat with no oil in, with heads removed??

due to head gasket change, done wanna crank it to get oil pressure and damage bottom end.

im thinking of removing sump and squirting oil everywhere.

i cant see it being different to any other engine that's in a car and hasn't been ran for x amount of time, crank it with the crank sensor disconnected and the plugs out and you will be fine.

It will be ok, diconnect the crank sensor, you could even pull the plugs so there is no compression and turn it, the pump should only take a second, maybe 2 to put oil round. Thats how quick it happens..If you imagine starting a car thats sat for a week, it would just be the same senario...

SNAP.
