Exclamation WHEEL OFFSET QUESTION...???

What's the lowest offset ET?? that you can run in the Classic GC8 4-door bodyshell, without resorting to rolling/cutting arches?

This would be running 7J x 17" alloys with 215/40 tyres... Plus -1.5deg camber all round (should help a bit)...

Cheers.

Would ET38/37 be okay... Or is that pushing things?

Well joz taylor has stated et35 is being used so 38/37 should be fine.

Tayler has there been any arch work done, or just standard arches.

Cheers you two.

My wheels are actually near-OEM spec ET45... But just wanted to know, in case I have to fit spacers greater than 5mm thick - i.e. 8mm ones and longer studs - for when I fit a 330mm big brake kit.

I prob won't need the spacers... but thought I'd better ask.
