Help Please !!
Hi Guys,
i have a 1995 v2 wrx, when im driving, and kick in the turbo, at about 6000rpm car starts pulling back and wont boost more. im having that problem in everygear, i checked my coil packs and 1 was cracked so i replaced it, but it still has the same problem. car is standard aprt from a exhaust system and blitz induction kit, but no downpipe,
could it be my solenoid that needs cleaning up, as it seems to be ticking constantly. and if its not functioning correct, is there anyway of checking.

I'd start with removing the induction kit, as it dosent say its been mapped for it. Is the induction kit bolted to anything, if its not it will be vibrating and shaking the maf to death, thats what kills mafs on these cars. You are running in very dangerous grounds in openloop situation with an induction kit and car not being mapped, ecu might be pulling the timing or you might be hitting the fuel cut. Basicaly you shouldnt chaange parts on these cars unless you plan to map the car afterwards...

ivhad subarus in the past with inductionkits and its not caused any problems, my boost solenoid is constantly tiking, could that be a problem , its in every gear 5000rpm and car starts spitting and pulling back.
