help..exhaust leak, between downpipe and centre section

As above, is it something I should worried about.? As I don't really feel much changes in driving... thx

Its not going to kill your car imediately.
But a blowing exhaust isnt good for your car. I would get it sorted ASAP

It could be a split donut gasket,or maybe the 2 bolts want tightening,either way apart from being annoying,its not helping your car,so take S.W's advice.
