Default Clinking on rb320

Hi people

Last few times on these ice cold
Morning when first starting my can and putting it on full lock to come out of my drive there has been a clonkin from the wheels as if I have locked the diff. Now could this be because the diff oil is so cold or sumthing as silly as ice on the ground or could it bs more serious. I've only noticed since it's bin really cold

Thanks alot

James

My 05 sti does the same thing, but only in the winter when its really cold, ive spoken to a subaru fitter about it in the past & he told me its the plastic coating on the coil spring which goes hard in the very coldest weather & then it sort of binds on the spring cup of the strut, i'm still not sure & wondered myself if it was the cold effecting the diff oil but i'm sure its not a serious problem as it seems to do it just on the coldest winter days.
