how do u remove these from front bumper thanks.

 

if u mean the side repeaters in the wings then a screw driver is needed to prise them out, just take ur time and edge it out carefully, however if you mean the ones in the front bumber then u will need t remove the fog covers and undo the retaining bolt at the top left and they will just pop out. if u have fog lamps then you will need to take these out to get to the retaining bolt.
