Default Replacing blown speakers

Both my speakers up front are blown and I'm looking to replace them with some decent ones. I'm not talking hooking them up to a subwoofer from a 50 cent concert, just some good ones as a replacement. In the door is a tweeter I think judging by the small vented plastic cover near the door handle and a larger one about 200mm wide at the bottom of the door. Putting my ear next to them is obvious that they are blown, I am however unsure whether the tweeters have blown, if it is even possible to blow a tweeter in the standard setup.

My question is, how do I go about changing these and more importantly how to access them because the whole door looks like one complete piece.

My car is an 03 blob eye Impreza STI.

Thanks

These Focal are not the direct fit you will need buy Spacers(i've used Autoleads Corsa or you can use own custom spacers from MDF)
