Default afterburner vortex clearance

hi can anyone post any pics of theyre afterburner vortex fitted/ angled one if possible.

i got mine fitted today and it was very very colse to touching bumper, maybe 8mm ish

has anyone else had this problem.

ive now bent the mounts at the back of the backbox upwards and ive now got between 3/4 of an inch to one inch ish of a gap, and there is a good bit of a air gap there.

really need to know what clearance everyone else has without burning paint on bumper etc etc

thanks

its common with the vortex mate,i bought one second hand a few weeks back and it had melted plastic all over the top where it had been touching the bumper.its an easy fix tho matey so dont worry to much.

mine doesnt touch the bumper, its a tightish fit but no problems other than it does bang about underneath the car though...probably a hanger knackered...getting it sorted tomorrow.
