Default is this the right oil for my box and diff.

I have a 2003 sti v-limited with the dccd and c-diff. and just changed the oils for fuchs Titan race syn5 75-90. and since changing the oil it is extremely difficult to select the gears especially second and have been told to check if the oil is the correct oil for my type of diff etc yet this is the ones i were recommended and purchased away and went away to drain and refill etc. my gears were difficult to engage before when cold but in no way as bad as it is now after the oils change. is there an additive i can put in to create more friction to help the engaging or disengaging of the gears as i am £130 out of pocket and thinking i have to drain the new oil back off again and replace as its not suitable but thought i would source advice before doing so.
cheers in advance.
