Default afterburner or ninja 2 cat back

can anyone give me any opinions on the ninja 2 or afterburner cat backs, ie noise , sound etc

currently have a ppp fitted to my sti , so how much noiseier will the above be than my prodrive system

also have the intention of fitting a decat and map at a later stage, will this release much more noise, the decat that is

thanks a lot

I used to have the ninja 2 cat back, i found it a bit quiet. I then got the afterburner and never looked back, crisper and louder all through the revs. I then went for the afterburner decat downpipe it sounded even better with noticible performance increase. If you are planning on a remap anyway id go for the turbo back system. I still wouldnt say its the loudest system the the market but there is a limit especally on a long journey.
My brother has a standard PPP my car is much louder. remap didnt relases more noice for me. Hope this helps

Afterbuner for me. Used to have the backbox & unresonated centre section. Loved the way it sounded.
