could some tell me please the best gap to have ?, changing my plugs at weekend for ngk7s

.65mm. PFR7B's should be in the ballpark out of the box but will likely need to be closed up a tiny bit.

I would strongly advise checking the gap before fitting. All 4 where different on the last set i fitted, by upto 1mm.

Perhaps it's my OCD.
