Question fmic advice

What small mods would i need to do to a fmic off a my99 uk turbo so it will fit my 1995 wrx import ??

Firstly, are you sure you need one? Under 400bhp the answer is usually no.

yes i need one and want one. My top mount is no good for more than 290bhp and by the time you mess about with a sti top mount you have the problem of heat soak ect and end up with the same amount of money spent as a fmic you might as well have the fmic. So back to the original question will i get away with out moving the ac unit if i cut the pipe and make a silicon joint??

you will get away with cutting the pipe depending on which kit you buy.

ii fitted a hrybird fmic kit which harvey sith does on my wrx version 4 and did not need to cut any pipes just a bit of the bumper and bit of the front suport bar and a little bit out of the inner wing job done but it does take a a good few hours of tit arsing around

oh well im not sure there as them kits might not fit as good as the hybrids

Should not be that difficult if you have the right reducers etc. Its all about modding the pipes correctly.
