as far as i can see the real difference is the base mounting bolts which are placed for a classic hole, which is half the size of the newage opening. Scoop itself looks to be an exact replica for size and shape etc. it would probably need nuts bolts and washers to secure or the cowboy way just bonding it straight on. Although i wouldnt : )
