12v lighter socket & I/C button dead...2nd fuse box?

Hey guys,
recently found out my 12v lighter socket and I/C spray button dont work.
Ive a 03 STI UK blob, and i've checked out the fuse box in the engine.
If it is a fuse thats gone, where else would it be?

Behind the coin tray to the right of the steering wheel, there is another similar post on here also with fuse details.

There's a second fuse box under the dash, cover is near the bonnet release - my lighter socket went and it was that fuse
