I'm actually posting this for my Boss & hoping someone here can help him?
(or more accurately help me score some brownie points!! )



Is there any way of de-activating the passenger side front air-bag on a '54 plate Subau Legacy Estate...??



(I think it's a '3 litre R Outback' or something but I might well be wrong on that....??)

There isnt a proper way to disable it, Unlike some other cars that have a key or switch to turn it off> You could ofcourse unplug it, but this would probably put the warning light on the dash unless you fit a resistor of the correct value.

Ofcourse there could be insurance implications when doing this so the advice is dont touch it at all.
