Same belt - dayco part number is 94621 IIRC.

If you get one with the timing marks stamped on, it makes the job easier

hi there im having a nightmare with my car at the moment!!!
i did the timing belt got the belt with the marks on, lined them all up, crank and all cams with the marks ,released the tensioner turned engine over twice no problem, i then tried to start after fully rebuilding the car and it wont start!!!

ive stripped it back down and found the crank sprocket is worn on the actual crank, the woodruff key is worn but the crank seems ok, is this a common problem? and has anybody got a crank sprocket and woodruf key?

thanks for all help in advance

The only times that i've seen problems with the woodruff key/crankshaft/front sprocket/outer pulley is if the main front pulley bolt has come loose at some point.

Be sure to carefully check the notch in the crank, as it normally gets worn and the slot opens up. The woodruff key should be a tight fit in the crank.

hi, the crank pulley bolt was very tight when i came to it so im unsure if someone had had problems previously.
the thing im worried about is that woodruff key id loose in the crank, i just hope the key itself is more worn rather than it being the crank itself
