Default help please

Hi hoping someone can give me a little insight to a possible problem
after a recent service of my jap import gc8 impreza, the car has felt slightly sluggish..... I know its got colder and may of effected it, but i never boot it from cold, but when i do give it some, occasionally it will stutter as though its struggling for boost.... its running at approx 400-440 bhp from previous owner, but have turned it down for every day use. i thought it may need resetting up??? i changed the oil with millers 10w60 (best oil ive been told) and also the previous own had recently put on a baileys dump valve on which seems to leak ( i am on the look out for a standard valve) can anyone shed some light on this?? as like i said above its only every so often, and i use it every day commuting to work and back, traffic etc... and dont always get too use it as it should be

Hope someone can help!!! thank you in advance!!!

Ok, before anyone else asks
What ecu is this car running that you can "just turn the boost down"?
