How to remove Type R rear windows

Does anyone know how to remove the tinted rear windows on a Type R (Version 4 if that makes a difference).
Preferably in one piece so no 'with a hammer' comments

Any decent windscreen fitter should be able to do this for you.

Cheers don't suppose you know how much they would charge,I'm just looking at getting it removed and replacing the seals.
