Default Reverse New age inlet

I have a reversed v5 inlet at moment but it needs some tidying up, have been told that a newage manifold is alot better/ easier to reverse.
So i was told to look for a manifold with tumbler deletes (not actually sure what these do)
I found a V7 v8 one, i asked the guy had it got the tumbler delets, but he said no, its a jap one???
So whats story with this then? do jap ones have no deletes??

The sti manifold has the tumblers but they are empty so are classed as deleted, however if you want a manifold with no tumblers at all you want one from a spec c.

JDM stis and Spec Cs are the same motor with the same inlet.

So will the jap STI, have the red inlet the whole way to meet heads or will it be sitting on empty tumblers?
Can i use the newage Throttle body, will my v5/6 wiring plug into it?

Have a jdm bug sti 7 inlet here and that does not go all the way to the heads and sit on tumblers.
