Default Question on headers ??

The car I've bought has got hks equal length headers on can I change them to unequal length even though car has been mapped with equal ones?? Will it make any difference ?? Cheers

Yes mate it will make a diference as equal one's make more torque than unequal so the map would need tweaking

Can't stop my hks ones blowing, they have got them stupid expansion joints on them, with the joints blowing turbo won't hit full boost so runs like a dog at minute :-(

Know what you mean mate my current one's do the same so ive got some coming off Harvey which sort that out,give him a pm and he will sort you out but its not cheap.

What do you call not cheap? Is there nothing I can do with these ones? Also which are better for spooling turbo quicker?

well for his best one's which is RCMS 3 bolt headers and one of his special uppipes for better spool and wrapping with delivery would set you back £670 ish,but he does do ported oem headers with his own ported uppipe but you'd have to speak to him to tell him your spec so he could do the appropriate set for your needs mate give him a pm he gives sound advise mate

And once youve spoken to Harvey you'll have alot more knowledge as he only speaks from first hand experience mate and will do you right
ps probably best to use his email for quickest responce mate
