Default advice need ?

Hi all i have an sti bugeye and need an exhaust i know if i fit a 3" decat i will need a remap but if i fit ppp exhaust full system turbo back 200 cell cat 2.5" would i need a remap

Yes it would require a remap as its more free flowing than a standard exhaust, basically any sports cat/decat requires a remap.

The Bugeye STi is prone to boost spikes if you mess with the exhaust system.........back in the (very) early days of the Bugeye STi, when mapping was much less common, people would drill out the brass restrictor pill.

Mine ran fine on a 100 cell catted system, but made an extra 70 bhp when mapped, so what did all that fuel do ?
