hi i have just bought a front entry compressor cover off andy forrest to convert my td05 16g to front entry. does anyone know how to do it as there is only two bolts which hold the actuator to the compressor cover and i have taken those out but it just doesn't want to come off. do you have to twist it or something. any help appreciated,

is there a big cir-clip on the back ??? if so take that out

 

from memory there is a circlip on the back take this off, you may also need a heat gun to slightly warm the compressor housing to release it, rebuild the same as dismantle just be extra careful not to knock the the blades when refitting the housing.
