You would need to buy spacers aswell as the longer studs, the bug sti has brembos, i take it the wheels are diffrent from wrx to sti. why not just pick up a set of wheels from an sti. Im not a big lover of using spacers..

Full sets of WRX wheels go on e-bay regular, around £250-£350 with tyres.

OR: get the REAR Brembos which DO clear if fitted using the Godspeed kit, and use Godspeed Brembos at the front with 325mm discs, which also clear. That's what mine has.

Question

alcazar, how do you rate the New Age STi Brembos? Did you upgrade from the Subaru 4-pots/294mm discs? Are they chalk and cheese?

I uprated from 98 two pot calipers to Godspeed four pots, and from them to Godspeed Brembos with biger discs at the front when I got my 17" wheels.

Later, I did the rears, which, as anyone knows, don't do as much as the fronts.

I rate the Brembos: with Godspeed 325mm two-part discs, they are awesome. I use their kevlar pads.

Recently, I've had a brake bias mod done. The result is that the car feels more planted when applying the brakes, less nose dip, and more stopping power.
