I have a 1995 wrx impreza yesterday car didn't start so did fault code check and showed maf fault .and frotle position sensor fault after disconnecting frotle position sensor and reconnected it and with much trying it started .this morning used car short journey went to start it but wouldn't done another code check and bought up code 31 which is frotle postion sensor and code 24 which is airflow sensor but no code for the maf fault after much trying and disconnecting and connecting the wire that goes to throttle position sensor after reconnecting the car started . Have also noticed my side lights stay on permanent even tho there off but go out if cars not running .have also noticed earth terminal end that goes to battery is in bad condition .would a dodgy earth cause all these problems ie starting up and giving fault codes .does anyone know where air flow sensor located and have any of above forsake in Essex .obviously will replace earth strap and what is an easy way of doing an ecu reset any help welcome thanks
