I've got an Impreza Terzo (everything is the same as the V4 turbo). Its in limp mode and only boosting to 0.6 bar but the revs aren't limited. I've reset the ECU twice but no joy my car went straight back into limp mode so it must be detecting somethings wrong. Everything on the car is completely standard even the backbox apart from the HKS dump valve which i tried a Turbosmart on just incase the HKS were faulty again no joy. I have a purple maf and i believe that it is quite a strong maf plus the engine is running smooth so i doubt its that. Any advise would be great. Thanks

 

Also forgot to mention when i drove my car the other day, when it was under load it spluttered a bit. My dads my94 WRX did that (but a lot worse) and it turned out to be faulty coil packs. If my plugs, leads or coil is knackered would it put my car into limp mode??
