Knock on gearchange

Have a knock on gearchange on a 04 WRX 65000 miles would it be engine mounts or gearbox mount and are they easy to locate and change? would I use polybushes or standard? thanks for any advice

bump for this, as I've got a slight knock too.......

What are a good engine and gear box mount to get? How hard are they to change?
