Default boost controlling

Hi all just wondered how can i slightly up the boost on my car, ive had fiestaboy re mapp it but we had problems and wouldnt boost any more, think it was being caused by crappy spark plags as they started breaking down and was bein blown out under load, so ive changed these and would like to give it that little extra nothin major just a tweak, id get him to do it again but its a bit of trek for a slight adjustment plus ive got plenty for him to be doing in couple months time lol

am i able to adjsut boost on actuator? if so which way will it want turning ( righty tighty - towards bulk head or lefty loosy towards engine ) as it looks like it be a pain to adjust on it with takin the bits off turning then back together again, will a manual boost control make any difference? how hard are they to set up?
