Default Clutch release bearing

Hi, I am getting a second hand exedy clutch for my 1997 classic, can I re-use my release bearing, or is it best to get a new one? Can anyone recommend where to get one from if so?
Thanks

you can reuse the release bearing if its in good condition, but they are only £35 for a new one so you might as well fit a new one while the clutch is out.
