have you got deposits on the disc from the brake pads? as this can cause the judder,
you can skim the discs although this depends on how thick they are as if they are to thin you wont be able to take any off.

Ian will probably be along himself soon. He's always very helpful, so if you dropped him a PM on here or emailed (Ian@godspeedbrakes.co.uk) I'm sure he'd advise even though you bought them second hand. The jaguar pads are the way to go, using standard sized pads loses some of the advantage of the larger discs. Have had my godspeed discs on for 15000 miles or so with no problems, and haven't heard any widespread discussion of issues, so I don't think problems are any more common than with any other disc.

HI
If the discs do need skimming and its not pad deposits , as long as there is life left in them they can be skimmed , the grooves on my discs are machined 1mm deep , as well as doing there purpose , they are also wear indicators , when the grooves have gone , they need replacing , if there is plenty of groove depth then they can be skimmed no problem , usually a disc would only need skimming a small amount , this is something we can offer you for £30 a pair.
One thing you could check first though , is remove the bell from the disc and check for corrosion on the mating faces , any corrosion will stop the discs sitting properly on the bells and you will get runnout , clean these surfaces with WD40 and emery cloth to clean them up , also make sure you cleaned the hub face where the discs sit , any rust or muck on these will also run the discs untrue.
Another common reason for discs warping which is an issue with the Subaru 4 pot calipers is sticking or seized calipers , if a piston is not releasing off the disc properly it will build up heat and can warp a disc , you might have bought second hand discs from a car that had this problem
Hope this helps , if you need any further help please ring me on 01656 723060
Cheers Ian
