when i fit my up pipe will i need a remap???

Default when i fit my up pipe will i need a remap???

hi people!!!!!,
i purchest a ss up pipe last week, but before i go ahead a fit it i was wondering if i will need to get the car remapped once this is fitted?????

What model do you have? If a classic then I wouldn't bother fitting it as you can lose rather then gain. Harvey can explain this. If a newage then yes to get gains. But others can explain this as I don't have a newage

It could be better you lose the rattly heat shield and you have a more effective slip joint.
