hi sti345 sounds like the clutch return spring has come off/snapped or possibly an issue with air in the slave cylinder .if you have a topmount intercooler have a look first under it to see if the spring has come off from the slave cylinder or snapped ?? hope it helps bud

is there any signs off hydrolic leaks, or has the clutch fluid level dropped ? if not i would'nt think the slave cyl, could be clutch fork springs or release bearing ....

it is easy to bleed the clutch all you have to do is get someone to pump the clutch pedal up and down for you, do it a few time then hold the pedal to the floor then if you look on the slave cylinder you will see a small bleed nippleat the back of it just crack it open and then tighten it again, keep repeating this until your clutch starts to get better
