if it does- and i dont know the answer,it will need mapping surely as fueling,timing,air flow,etc...will be totaly different on a wrx compared to the wr1 which is a slightly modded sti.
or are you asking if it will physically fit as in wiring ?

if you have a wrx no it won't. if you have an sti,possibly but you still need a 3 port boost solenoid, and i would up the fuel pump. i think the wr1 has a walboro unit.

WR1 ecu fit's and works correctly with any blob eye STi,
you must have the accompanying mods too however,pro-drive boost solenoid,wr1 exhaust and fuel pump etc.
