Default mcgaurd wheel nuts

has anyone had any experience with mcgaurd locking wheel nuts from halfords as im looking into geting some?

got a set on mine they are what they are mate just be sure to keep the uniqe code sticker that comes with em in a safe place as if u lose the wheel nut key your fd

Mc guard are used by 90% of vehicle manufacturers to keep your alloys safe. Really tough to get off if you loose the locking nut and serial no. Got a set on my car well recommended .

Yep, got some on mine as well. Very good. I've even hid the adaptor away in the car so if some tea leaf decides to nick it, they'll have to strip the car before they find it. Which in all honesty, they probably will do anyway. Scum.

just got a set, hopefully these will do the job however they do seem to stand a little high compaired to the standard nuts is this normal

You mean they stick out from the wheel more?

Have you got the modern narrow 'Tuner' versions (it says 'Tuner' on the packaging)? These are quite long so will obviously stick out more. I had 'em on my old WRX.
