Default Slipping clutch

hi guys
just wanted some advice really about my clutch, its starting to slip in high gears at around 3500 rpm, just wondered what my best options would be for replacement, my car is pretty standard apart from exhaust, should i look for new or would a breaker be suitable, also wondered about fitting, how tough or how much lol,
thanks in advance for any replies

I've been told that Impreza clutches are 'involved' due to the placement. I would personaly buy new. One part that you know wont fail in a hurry if you replace it, and something to hammer home when you (god forbid) sell it.

I'd go for a STD replacement oe exedy, as long as you're not going to go too mad in the near future on the power front? The STD genuine clutch is a better bet than a cheap 'performance' clutch.

Don't fit a second hand one. Get a second hand flywheel and get it re-faced and fit both at the same time.

It's an easy enough job, might take you a while at first attempt but it's only nuts and bolts! Although I'd imagine a garage will prob do you a decent all in price these days.
