Default Open/Semi/Closed Deck

Can you get more power from a semi and closed deck?

Thanks

It is not a question of power as such.
But more of reliabilty.
A CDB is more likely to hold together and not fail with big power than an open deck block.
All other perameters to one side, crudely put - Two engines say are both making 550hp - the one with a CDB is far more likely to stay in one bit
