P1 bumper for my classic sti
Hi guys was hoping you could help me again! Im after a P1 style bumper (the one with the slightly different foglight covers I think, but not the one with the foglights in the covers) as Im hoping to fit it to my classic sti (i assume it fits!) and a p1 splitter, does anyone know where I can get a good quality one from and at a decent price.
Also I'm after a set off black mudflaps with the pink sti logo, does anyone know of anywhere thats cheaper than ebay, they're on there for about 60 quid. Thanks!!

Colour apart, the P1 front bumper is exactly the same as any other 99-00 UK car, so there's no point paying over the top for one, especially if your car isn't Sonic Blue. The only things that are different about it are the lower lip and the foglight covers with the apertures for the 90mm driving lamps.

As a general point, there is, officially speaking, no such thing as a "V7", and different people have different interpretations of what this means, so it would be easier for everyone to know what you're talking about if you referred to model years when talking about newage cars. Subaru only ever officially applied the version numbering scheme to classic STi's.
However, to answer your question, a newage PAS pump assembly will fit a classic engine, but only if you fit the matching bracket/fluid lines/remote reservoir.

Provided you already have a phase 2 (i.e. 99/00MY bumper), yes, you only need the splitter. If you want to replicate the P1's front aspect completely you will need the 90mm driving lamps and their covers as well.
