is this normal on a USED turbo ?
Hi all,
below is a picture of a turbo ive been looking at buying, is the dirty rusty 'stuff' normal ? or is it just where the owner has'nt cleaned it up as ive seen others that are gleaming ( wire wooled or simular i presume ).
