Default Had my first CHECK ENGINE light.

Followed the guide on connecting the black plugs under the steering wheel, and the code came up 32 so 3 long and 2 short.

So from looking its Lambda, any other symptoms that a dicky lambda will cause??

Shes a 1995 JDM import so any ideas on part numbers etc. As I`ll probably relocate the new lambda plug into the decat downpipe I have here ready to go on. Just need to know where to get one from other than the main dealer, and what other issues would it cause on the Impreza??

You can use a pattern universal 3 wire sensor, but you'll find it doesn't last anywhere near as long as the genuine item.

The main symptom of a failed lambda sensor is terrible fuel consumption/economy and or hesitations when driving into boost

Don`t really wanna use Pattern parts, but I`ll try and source correct parts form other sources other than Dealers then.

Have been having some stuttering as well, occasionally when coming on boost she will drop all revs, and feels like I`ve hit a wall, and then back on as normal.
Have definite issues with an injector too, as the connection is dodgy, but that seems to be ok for now.

Sooner I get it mapped to run different injectors, and MAFless (or a newer style MAF) the better, as I`ve a sneaky feeling my issues are Lambda and MAF.

But done 3/4 tank 50 litres to 110 miles so yeah I`d say Fuelling was a tad rich lol. And thats not booting it much but pootling around not on boost!!

do the lambda first, then reset and see how it fairs then mate,if you have issues then at least that part is sorted.
