From: Slowly rebuilding the kit of bits into a car...
A 24mm bar on the middle setting is approximatlely as stiff as a 22mm bar on it's stiffest...
So going larger will enable a more oversteery behaviour if desired...
The front bar will also increase the front end grip, so the car will feel more "planted".
Once you try road legal slicks you will be astounded at the grip.

That's what I have, (nearly MY REAR BAR IS AN ADJUSTABLE - BUT ON "STIFF") it can be pushed into oversteer on track, where you drive the car harder... but on the road it just feels planted.

22mm on a WRX is good on the middle setting, stiff on an STI... oversteer is available, but only when trying really hard. IMHO. I save it for times when I'm on track myself...
A 24mm bar is good for super-smooth drivers IMHO, could be a bit too lively in the wet for my taste.
All IMHO.

P.S. Also depends on use, a road car could end up too stiff and lose out on hairpins...
