Evening all, just wondered if anyone had ported their headers themselfs!!! do you just open the mouth/flange out to the gasket or sooty ring!!!!

there is a bit more to it than just opening them out. You need to open up down the bores too giving a smooth flow as far as you can reach, its not easy and very time consuming to do it well. best person to talk to on here is harvey hes the man regarding this.
