At first you are need the HKS EVC easy writer software(i think its not free), it will allow you build boost maps based on speed, TPS, RPM, or a 3d map combo of two inputs.
Anyone know how to connect a laptop to this for fine tuning ie rather than use the fiddly ***** on the controller itself?
