Whats the wee canister thats on one side of the fuel rails on a WRX?
Does the hose that comes from it go into the Intake maifold above it?

You on about the the thing that looks a bit like a dump valve on its side at the end of the fuel rail, near the turbo on the driver side?

If so, that's the fuel pressure regulator! And yes, the vac hose connected to the top of the 'dome' goes to the inlet manifold.
