Default why do my rad fans stay on
popped the bonnet today to check her over noticed the fans were running and the air con was switche on but the car wasent running only ignition was on?

If the engine was warm, there is no problem. If the engine was cold, then the coolant temp sensor is most likely dead.

If the air con is switched on then the fans will run independently of weather the engine is hot or not

hi mine does that 2 and is hard to start from cold think it is the temp sensor anyone know how much they are and where 2 get them

Import Car Parts do OEM ones for about 30 quid.
