what oil
hi all ,im new here, right i have a 2.0 sport awd , 2000 reg with 69k on clock, now my question is what is the best oil to use on this engine ? its a ej20 engine. Ive searched and searched but getting all diff answers on grades , some say 5/w50 some 10/w40 fully synth im just confused by it all. and not sure but the engine sounds a little bit tappy so is there a oil that would help this or is it normal ?. and the dry cranking thing i assume you have to do that on a classic, is the best way with disconnecting the crank sensor and cranking ? many thanks for any help thanks Simon.
