This may just be a dumb question but then again I'm a pretty dumb person! My bug STI JDM had a mph sticker stuck over the original kmh one when I first bought it and was restricted to 112mph. I assume it's been converted to mph mechanically as it's still using the original clock faces.

Does this also mean that the mileage being displayed from there on will be in miles instead of kilometres? I've noticed that journeys in previous cars and coming up a little less.
