Default 24 mm anti-roll bar on wrx ?

as stated would this be a wise mod to ad along with lowering springs ? is lowering only on springs safe for the car ie, power to the wheels at that height without the modded dampers, or am i been daft ????/

22mm is probably better. 24mm only really needed if youre doing track days and cornering at over 100mph! or so iv read on here.

It's fine as long as you compensate by putting 22mm on the front. Makes for a nice firm precise drive IMHO.

I've got the 24mm bar fitted, currently on middle setting.
Same stiffness as a 22mm bar on its hardest setting
Together with Eibach springs and a decent geometry setup, they transform the car
