Default Exhausted!

Hi all

My 2001 bug currently has a pro drive system on it. Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely system, but I wouldn't mind a little bit more noise. Nothing OTT, just a bit more of a rumble - like a scooby should have.

I found the below while having a clear out at work. It's a Cobra sport back box with a 4" slash cut at one end and a 3" entry.

Obviously it needs some hangers welded on, and a little bit of pipework to make it fit, but, my question is, is it worth it?

Does anyone else something similar? Would the noise level increase? Would it be detrimental to power? Would I need to adjust the 'map?

So should I, or shouldn't I?

Thanks!

Yup, that's why i don't want anything too loud, just something a bit louder than the pro drive system i have now, which IMO is pretty quiet.

Tractive system is worth a look, fairly quiet until boost kicks in. If you want to hear one give me a shout.
