How do i do it and were the hell is it, I have aslight hesitation in boast and might as well try this out ?

right i have done a search and i was right the green plugs turn the fan and fuel pump on as well as the boast solenoid but it is not doing anything

When driving the car it still feels like it is boasting but hesitate as well ?
