My FMIC and bumper are all fitted, but as time goes on, my view is that the hole to let air into the FMIC isnt big enough, and if I trim as far as I want, I will have about an inch thick of bumper going below the FMIC, which is probably too thin.

Any bumpers people have tried that have a large aperture for an FMIC (a Hybrid one)?

Ive used both V3 & V6 bumpers. Both have fitted perfectly as long as everything has been cut properly.

Its not the fitting- its getting air to all of the intercooler, or as much as possible- I would always bank on having to trim the back of it.

I've just had my bumper replaced - still waiting for the splitter but the hole in a V5+ bumper is about as big as you can get really

That does look bigger actually- cheers for the reply, and glad the car is coming back together!
